Every move we take on is planned and led by us. University educated Sebastien, Vishesh and our team handle everything from start to finish. No random contractors. No rushed jobs. Just a calm, seamless process that takes the pressure off you.
Step 1: Start with a quick call
Reach out in the way that works best for you. Call, SMS, or email and Vishesh will personally answer your questions and gather the details of your move to get things started.
Step 2: Understanding Your Move
We review your move details, including access, stairs, lifts, and any fragile or high-value items. For bookings made two or more weeks ahead, we can also arrange an in-person walkthrough. Once we understand everything, we provide your quote and next steps to secure your booking.
Step 3: A tailored move plan
Once, booking is confirmed we create a step by step plan built around your space and schedule. Packing delicate pieces, disassembling furniture and protecting floors and walls are all thought through so you don’t have to.
Step 4: On moving day familiar faces arrive
Seb and our trusted team arrive to carry out your move with care. With over 1,000 moves and zero damage claims, Seb has trained the team to notice details others often miss. From fragile items to tricky access, everything is in safe hands because it has all been carefully planned.
Step 5: Everything handled with quiet precision
We move with care working methodically to protect your property and belongings. Each piece is placed exactly where you want it in your new home or workspace.
Step 6: We stay until it feels complete
Before we leave we walk through with you to check every detail. No rushing out the door. No loose ends. Just the calm confidence that your move has been done properly.
